At SPV Creative Press, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Digital Products (PDFs, Downloads)

  • Delivery method: Instant download via email or store account.

  • Delivery time: Available immediately after purchase.

  • Shipping cost: Free (digital products are not physically shipped).

2. Physical Books

  • Books may be fulfilled through Amazon KDP or our publishing partners.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days.

    • UK: 3–7 business days

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (varies by region).

  • Tracking numbers are provided when available.

3. Print-on-Demand Merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, posters)

  • Each item is made to order and shipped directly from our print partner (such as Prodigi or Printful).

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days.

    • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

    • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or high seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas).

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Multiple Items

If you order different product types (e.g., a book + a t-shirt), they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates since they are fulfilled by different partners.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authority.

  • SPV Creative Press is not responsible for delays due to customs.
