Refund policy

At SPV Creative Press, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our policy carefully, as it differs depending on the type of product.

1. Physical Books

  • Damaged or Defective Books: If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Change of Mind: We currently do not accept returns or refunds for books if you change your mind after purchase.

2. Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, Downloads)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we’ll ensure you get a working copy.

3. Print-on-Demand Merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters)

  • Each product is custom-printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design preference.

  • We will gladly replace items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return, replacement, or refund (where eligible), please:

  1. Email us at hello@spvcreativepress.com with your order number.

  2. Include a description of the issue and clear photos if relevant.

  3. Wait for our instructions — in most cases, you won’t need to return the item if it’s damaged/defective.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (this may vary depending on your bank).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong item), we cover all shipping/replacement costs.

  • If the return is not due to an error on our part (where accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
